Painting, for me, is a space to express and manifest the weird, the wild, and the beautiful, a place where intuition leads.
It took me years to find my way to painting, but once I did, it felt less like discovering something new and more like returning to who I am.
Making art is where my curiosity meets intuition. It's where and how I make sense of the world. I don't seek to capture a place or a moment as it is, but the feeling of encountering it. The process and play are fundamentals of every composition, it's all in layering, mark-making, and surface building. The paintings move between abstracted impressions of nature and intuitive, non-objective compositions.
I'm drawn to raw textures, imperfect edges, organic gestures, and colours that feel alive yet ordinary.
Living with vitiligo has quietly shaped the way I see and seek beauty in the irregular, the unexpected, and what doesn't conform. These sensibilities find their way into work that is both playful and contemplative. I hope to invite curiosity, presence, and emotional connection rather than offering fixed narratives.
